The first stop on our vacation was Beaver Creek Park in York. This city park had some great playgrounds, a walking trail, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and more.

The girls had begged to bring their scooters and so when we arrived here they were so excited to ride them down the path. It was everything Mama and Papa could do to keep up.

There was a bridge with a small man-made waterfall just after it and though the water was really muddy (probably from the recent rains) it was still rather peaceful.
